Auto Frame size while making a short

This has been a bug for a couple of days NOW

When i Set the frame size to 1080 by 1920 and I pressed ok

But it Auto Frame Sized me to 1088 by 1920 Can someone fix this

I'm trying to make a short this week So can like a Adobe Employee can fix this it will very be apprecaited thank you
