Bin previews

Hello

I have been a premier user for several years and I have had no issues with the software until the latest version. The issue that I am having is the preview clips in the bin take a couple of seconds to load whereas  before they played within a second. The clips are only 1080. I think that it is something easy to fix. I have tried everything. Kind regards Jacob

If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
