BITC bug in Premiere

Greetings,

Suddenly I am unable to export BITC in Premiere. Whether I use the timecode effect, or simply apply it in the export options, all I get is a white dot. Even attempting to generate timecode on export results in a white dot. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
