box text issue

i have a bug in the premiere pro text box (paid version, latest att)
the text is simply disappearing from the box... and it's happening with all the fonts.
it identifies the text, as you can see there's a ''+'' there
the font size is ok, the spacing is also all right... the text is literally disappearing...
I'm creating a new file, starting editing from scratch and the same thing is happening
Does anyone know how to solve it?
