Broken Features in The Audio Mixer in PR25

I've been working around certain broken features in the audio mixer for awhile, but it's getting worse. Please spend some time and update...

1. Currently if you add say a reverb to a audio channel, the tails of the reverb get cut off when the clip ends. This is not ideal as you want the tails of the effect to ring out after the clip. 

2. The work around was to create a submix and route the chan output there. This would allow you to add effects on the submix and not have them get cut off. This is now broken. It cuts off the same way the individual tracks would. 

3. Submix solo buttons don't work. When soloing a submix you should only hear the audio content being routed to that submix. Soloing now doesn't seem to do anything. 

4. When using submix sends you have the same issue as routing to a sub submix input. It cuts off. 

Please let me know this was recieved and being worked on. I'm positive I'm not the only one experiencing these issues, I'm just annoyed enough to write somehting about it.
