Apologies. The targeting is off for Time Remapping UI in 14.3.2 and we are working on a fix. Untl then, you can find more information at: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-solve-time-remapping-issues-with-premiere-pro-14-3-2/td-p/11391677?page=1

This Time Remapping issue should now be fixed in Premiere Pro 14.4, which was just released.

The fix should now be in the latest Premiere Pro Beta build (14.5 beta build 007+), currently available on Creative Cloud for Mac. We hope to have a Windows Beta build posted soon.

If it is possible for you to verify the Beta build, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.
