Button play doesn’t work

Hi! I've purchased Premier Pro 2020 last week ago, plan for a year. And I'm very disappointed. I've lunched my big project to work on, and the program does nothing but stops. My play button doesn't work, the program get stuck very very often,  I cannot work like this. What should I do?
