Can not render

Can some one help me with this error? Previous versions worked just fine

My CPU is and i9 with the RTX 2070

1- try changing to location of your export file. (to another drive)

2- try deleting the first clip (or the clip of the first 3 seconds) and export without it.

3- try exporting only the clip located on the first 2 seconds.

4- Close premiere and MANUALLY delete the cache folder.
