Can't import After Effects comp into Premiere Pro project

Hello everyone!

 

I'm trying to import After Effects comps into Premiere Pro project, but when I drag .ae file or do File - Import... or double click in Project panel it gives me this window 

and then it's stuck and after that I have nothing to do than force closing. 

It started about two weeks ago, I already uninstalled and reinstalled both Premiere Pro and After Effects but it didn't help. Do you have any idea what it is and how to fix it?

Same thing was happening to me today after the 2022 update to Premiere Pro and After Effets. It sat there for nearly 3 hours on the "Import Files", yet nothing ever happened. Had to Force Quit.

There seems to be an issue with the Dynamic Link between After Effects and Premiere Pro.
