Cant export in premiere pro without media encoder

Premiere Pro isnt letting me export and it says that i need media encoder, but i can barely afford premiere pro, how do i export without media encoder

Adobe Media Encoder is a separate install since a while back, so you must install it manually via the CC app.

Well, well. I thought it installed with PR the last time I installed on a machine without either. I have had updates that required it to be done separately.

Media encoder is installed with premier. What versions of the various programs are you running?
