Cant open Premiere Pro

As of today im using the version 14.4. and the programm is up to date. im on windows 10.
If i open the programm, it crashes instantly. crashlog is down below. Every other program works fine exept Premiere Pro.
Hardware: Intel Core i7-9700 3.60GHz, 32GB ram, Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070
