Caps lock stops option plus click

While having the caps lock enabled the ability to select a tool using the shortcut option+click is blocked.

I often use caps lock for titles in my videos on YT, it’s not a problem
really it caused me to restart my computer, restart premieres several times
as I could not understand why I could not option click to the remix tool,
there are a lot of these kinds off issues I am just saving someone else the
headache. It’s a simple fix IF you know why it’s happening.

Not sure if this is a bug.

Why would you have caps lock on?

But you don't have to click on the little arrow.

You can click on the entire icon and hold the mouse down for a short instance.
