Captions ad Graphics window is not showing up

I have the latest version of premier pro and the captions and graphics panel doesn't show up.

The Essential Graphics panel has been renamed to the Graphics Templates panel. Use it to browse your mogrts.

To edit mogrts and captions, click on the clip and use the Properties Panel.

If you mean the EGP, essential graphics panel, that's gone as a separate thing.

The Properties panel is now "context aware", changing according to what is currently selected.

So when tou have text or graphics selected, everything that used to be in the EGP will appear in the Properties panel.
