Captions Don't Generate 1st Try

Noticing a small bug where captions won't generate from the first attempt. It always fails and then second attempt works.

 

Premier Pro 23.1.0 on MacBook Pro (Ventura).

    Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?

    Note: this is still occuring and the wait time as the 1st attempt buffers and eventually fails is still quite significant.
