Captions not working

When pressing the creation captions it should load a bar indicating the state and competition rate of the captions, but for me, it's just stuck in the beginning of the loading and even waiting 3 or 5 minutes doesn't change the progression. Before the update, all was working fine.

Bumping this because I'm dealing with the same issue on my desktop, though not my laptop. Using Windows 10, started when I used 23.4 and contined on 23.5. Issue even persists after rolling back to 23.0.

I'm having the same issue with 23.4 version. I can't use the captions

I don't recall any other reports of this issue.

I have no space between the Extract and CC buttons. Are you seeing that before you press the CC button?

You are referring to the 23.4 update? Double-check your version: Help -> About.

Is this a source media transcript? Or static sequence transcript?

Also there is this tiny wheel spinning over and over, i don't know if this has something to do with the problem
