Captions not working in PP 2022 v22.4

Hello, can anyone shed any light on this problem.

Been happily transcribing and adding captions, and suddenly it has stopped working.

I can transcribe the audio (see attached), then when I create captions, the progress bar pops up, but then nothing appears, the captions do not load on the timeline like they were previously. PP is adding a subtitle track, but it's all empty.

 

When I playback the transcription, it does not follow along with word for word either like it used to.

Anyone got any ideas to help me stop pulling my hair out!

    Write urgently to the user's voice so that Adobe developers fix the problem. And so nothing will be fixed.

      I'm having the exact same problem and it's extremely frustrating.
