CMD + C not working in Version 23.2.0 on macOS Ventura 13.2.1

Hi,

as the title says and the gif makes shows, one of the most important keyboard shortcuts CMD+C no longer works in the project window for me. I am working with two different machines (MacBook and Mac Studio) – both with the same operating system (macOS Ventura 13.2.1) and program version (version 23.2.0).
In the keyboard mapping CMD+option+K “Copying” is assigned to CMD+C …

Does anyone know the problem and has some advice?
