Colour Labels

Hi everyone,

I updated PP yesterday to the latest release

This morning when I opened PP I discovered every section of my workspace now has a different label colour.

I get why many people would find this helpful, but to be honest it is something I would love to get rid of completely, and revert to an option of zero different colours unless I actually choose a colour for something.

Does anyone know if this can be done please?

@Peter_Robins Go to Preferences > Labels and you'll see we've added Label Color Presets to the bottom right part of the interface. You can change the preset to "Classic" to use the previous colors.

Thanks Matt, the clip colours are now ok using classic, but the transition colours are still not correct.

They used to be a tan colour.

I really don't like these colour changes at all.

Any ideas how to completely revert to the previous colours?

What do you mean by "every section" has a different label color? Can you provide a screenshot?

You can set default label colors for clips in the Preferences in this is what you're looking for:
