Hi

Randomly when using Premiere Pro (not at export, only can get as dar as editing) wihtout warning my computer turns off.  I've updated to the latest version of Premier Pro and graphics card but the software is complutely unusable.

I recent paying huge monthly fees to adobe when they cant get their software to work properly.

My computer specifications are as below:

Processor:  AMD Ryzen 9 7950X

Ram:  64 GB

Graphics Card:  Nvidia GTX4080

Can anyone give a workaround because this is determinatle for the work I do.  If Adobe cant find a fix the I need to look at other software systems.

Thanks

Hello @Bru2010,

Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?

I'll move your post to the Discussions board while we await your information.

Thanks,

Kevin

The technical characteristics of your system are quite good, but how is the power supply of your computer? Does it have good ventilation? It occurs to me that it is overheating due to some failure in the ventilation of the system (hardware).
