Crashing, performance, and save Issues: Premiere Pro CC 2019 (13.1.3) on Windows_01

I am having random crash issues, and UI slow down as well.

Adobe, Is there any way at all to get access to the 13.1.2 install? Usually I wouldn't update at all in the middle of a project, but somehow my auto update turned itself on (not the first time adobe has decided to turn this on without my knowledge). I have a very hard deadline and will lose a client if I can't get access to 13.1.2.

This is probably my last straw with adobe. I recently bought a BMPCC 4K and received resolve studio for free and it's WORLDS better than what adobe has been reduced to.

Thanks John, but that is seems like that is for the crash on start up issue that seems to be going on for a lot of people. My system is crashing in a different manner and this didn't help.
