Cursing in closed captions

UPDATE: beyond irony, this forum automatically blocks curse words....but they can't add the same feature to premiere pro???
My videos are actually broadcast on over the air television...One of the TV stations reported to me that "f***ing" appeared in the captioning, even though it's not even in the video. This is a massive issue and the station could have been fined. Why are the banned words from the FCC not blocked in the options specifically for broadcast TV?
Shouldn't there be a way to exclude these from captions???? Again the word didn't even appear in the video. Premiere pro "heard" it somehow. Also I make changes to sponsorships and commercial breaks for each TV market. This word only appeared in one version of the show sent to one TV station. I reviewed the captions in the original template version of the show but did not when I re-transcribed for the actual broadcast. This is ridiculous.
