I'm a student and recently realized that I accidentally subscribed to an annual plan with monthly payments. I genuinely thought it was a month-to-month plan. I'm currently not using the software and due to financial difficulties, I cannot continue the subscription.
I kindly ask for your understanding and if it's possible to cancel the subscription without a cancellation fee. I would really appreciate your help in this matter.
