Different color in Media Encoder

Ok, what's is going on?
The colors are completly off AFTER, I send the video to Media Encoder.
Do I have the wrong color managment on?
any ideas?

I have PremierPro 25.1 and Media Encoder 25.1.
I have a Mac

Well, we can't know because you haven't shared the data with us.

You need to make sure you use correct CM settings in Premiere, and of course that you also have the same things set in MediaEncoder.
