Distorted audio and really loud when imported

When I add any audio to premier pro, even songs Ive been using for years they are now really loud and distorted

I have a brand new windows 11 upto date

fresh new premier pro 25.1

drivers upto date

I also have a glitchy timeline from time to time but assume these bugs need ironing out as this is a new version of premier pro, need help with this audio issue if anyone knows whats going on

Same issue for me and Default audio input was set to No Input. Never had this issue prior to a couple weeks ago,,
