Download older version of Premiere Pro for incompatible mac

I'm trying to download Premiere Pro for a school project, but my iMac (late 2013) is too outdated for the current version of Premiere Pro.

For some reason, it's also locked me out of installing previous versions; the option isn't in the dropdown menu where it is for other apps (see the attached photo). Is there another way I can download an older version of Premiere Pro (preferably 2023)?

Adobe now offers the current and ONE older version via the online program manager... go to this link to see SEVERAL pictures of how to see the older versions, and a warning about having the download manager set to keep or delete older versions when doing an update
