Dragging and dropping a mogrt into the timeline

I have the most recent version of Premiere Pro and it is not allowing me to drag and drop a mogrt file into my timeline.  I was advised to ake sure not to run as administrator, but it still doesn't work. I also cleared the cache and restarted, and reset preferences.

Hi @sylvia_3077,

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums. Where are you dragging the mogrt files from and are they already installed in your Templates? Are you running into the issue if you try dragging it into a pre-existing sequence in your timeline? Screenshots or screen-recordings could be helpful to better see the problem.

Sorry for the frustration,
Dani

Did you try with other mogrts. Some require After Effects to be installed. I'm not sure why you have to not run as Administrator, I only ever run it like that. We need some info on your system and the mogrt, is it something you made or purchased, etc... Here's more: Info needed for a bug / tech support

Thank you @MyerPj.  I received that advice about running minus "Administrator" status.  It didn't work anyway.  Also, I have tried many other mogrts and none work. I have an institutional Creative Cloud license, so if that imparts some systemic issue, that may explain it.

Hmmm. maybe @Dani_V. or @DaciaSaenz could help here.

Moved from the Creative Cloud Desktop Bug forum to the Premiere Pro forum.
