After 3 years suffer, I finally found the reason why Premiere Pro always exports with glitches lately!

If you try every methods like me :cleaning cache, update your hardware, change to old version but it still happened, try  "STOP your drive sync."

Check if you disks are syncing with google drive, Microsoft drive, or your own NAS drive(mine is Synology drive). Just PAUSE the sync when you are about to export your video, and the video will be fine! Don't forget to sync your drive again after you done.

Hope it help!

Hi @shihchiehc73951788
Please share your system specs and version of Premiere Pro so that if others have a similar issue, they can use what has helped you out. The link here, How to Report a Problem, has steps to provide more information about your bug that can help us identify the issue. Do you only have problems when exporting and not during playback or any other time?

Here to help

  • Issue – Exports glitches from Premiere Pro
  • Steps to reproduce  I've try both export from media encoder or direct from premiere for h.264 or mov.
  • Expected result  The video should be normal as usual.
  • Actual result  The video will have glitch or audio disorder.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro version –  I use 24.0 recently, but I've try from ver. 21 to the latest and they all have the same issue.
  • Operating system – Windows 11
  • GPU driver version (Windows only) – RTX4060
  • Video format it happens on h.264, mov mostly
  • Comparative information helps us understand more about when the issue occurs:
    • Does it affect all projects or only some projects? All project
    • Does it affect new projects? Yes
    • When did the problem begin?  It happened suddently and I suggest it was since after I set up my NAS.

And yes. It only have problems when exporting, not during playback or any other time.

Thank you!
