Effects not exporting Premiere Pro

Hi All, HELP!!! 

Prem Pro v25. on a Mac Studio M2 Ultra. Sonoma 14.5 

i have a simple fade in on the timeline at the beginning of my export. Runs fine on timeline but when exported shows as a freeze frame until fade finishes then continues as normal? 

 

Any ideas.. im about to give up and go live in an ditch!
