al entrar en edicion preferencias generales se congela adobe no reacciona intente muchas veces que esta pasando aqui

I think your system gets freezes. Are you working on Beta or Stable? Can you share the system Configuration?

Try after clearing Preferences by Pressing Alt or Opt key while launching applicatio, or unintall and install again.
