Error Compiling Movie in v25 - Can't Render!

Here is the information (hopefully everything requested) that coincides with this post. If anything is missing, let me know and I'll do my best to provide.

Issue:    Premiere Pro will not render, either directly or via Media Encoder after installing version 25. This issue continues even after un-installing v25 and re-installing previous version (24.6.3).

Workflow:           Very basic setup. Footage added to matching sequence. Problem originally surfaced on clip with Lumetri Color effect added; subsequent test sessions included video w/no effects with same result.

Steps to Reproduce:        Import footage to sequence;

                                                Issue “export media” command;

                                                Used 10mbps render preset;

                                                Format: H264

                                                Frame Size:         Full HD

Expected Result:               Video did not begin encoding. Instead, an error message appears.

By the way, I forgot to mention in my last response that I have also tried rendering (in both versions mentioned) by utilizing the media encoder - again, with no luck.

The only effect that was applied to this footage was one that I use with everything I edit: Lumetri Color. I have never had this problem before I installed the new version. I did completely remove it from the footage and tried re-rendering to no avail.

My next course of action was to completely delete v25 and re-install the most-recent prior version, 24.6.3. I then opened a project I created a few days ago using that version and tried rendering, and had no success with it, either! It's like my editor has gone off the rails!

I have looked to be sure the software for my GPU is up-to-date and appears to be functioning normally. I will try to stop and create the bug report, per the provided template.

This is crazy. I've had almost zero issues with my Adobe Suite, nor with my computer (don't seem to be having any problems with any of my other Adobe applications that I use often - Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition, etc.

Have tried with other footage to no avail.

Could you try with some other footage to make sure that there isn't a problem with your current footage?
