Error occurred during download from Adobe Stock Server

Every time I try and install a new motion graphic from the Premium or Free stock templates, I get an error message that says "An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock Server" It's been doing this for weeks. Any idea how I fix it?

Correct answer Sumeet_Kumar_Choubey

it's happening with all the templates,  on Premiere 25.4

on Mac Sequioa

We've made improvements to address this import error. Would you mind trying it again to see if it's working properly? Let us know if it works.

Thanks,

Sumeet

Hi christopher_0532,

Sorry about the poor experience. Is it happening with any specific template or all of them? Please also let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using.

Thanks,

Sumeet

I'm having the same issue whenever trying to bring previously unused Adobe Graphic Templates to my timeline. It is taking my tokens, but then I get the error message. When will this be fixed. It's causing major issues for several projects.

Why does this keep happening to your software. For the amount of money I spend. This should just work. All my previous plug ins work fine. Just the new ones that my POINTS were taked for won't download... the convenience of your broken software works in your favor yet again. FIX this issue please. We're not the only ones. I'll bet it has to do with the UPDATES that you like to push. My guess is that it's not my computer or my settings.

Same here, although the act of trying to drag in a template from Adobe Stock in graphics templates seems to license it successfully. You can then go to License History in stock in your web browser, download the file, and import into premiere pro from there. Which still sucks and is broken, but allows you to work.

Thanks for sharing this workaround!

Could someone share a screen recording of this message appearing? It would allow us to file a bug. Right now, the process is working on my computer as usual. I would love to figure out why this is broken for some people.

Thanks, happy to help.

I'm getting the same issue:/ I'm unable to download any new adobe stock graphics without seeing this error. Is there a workaround?

Welcome to the Premiere Pro Forum community.  Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report. The team needs a little more information to begin troubleshooting. You have tried signing in and out from your Adobe account on Creative Cloud, correct? And can you provide some screenshots of the error message?  The link here  How do I write a bug report has steps to provide more information about your bug that can help us identify the issue.
Here to help.

Facing similar issue. When I try to add Graphics it gives a 'Motion Graphics Template Import Error'. The error says 'An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock Server. Please try again' I tried signing out and then signing back in, but the problem pressists. Please help.
