Question

ERROR RETRIEVING FRAME

So, before I throw my computer through a well, why can't I export ANY OF MY ***** videos? I keep getting the same error.

Also, why am I paying for a service that doesn't actually have customer support?

I've spent 2 days trying to export two different videos and each gives me the same error. This forum is filled with people asking the same question and getting no answers. How do I contact support?

I love that it took 2 days for someone to respond. This is rather bulls***. Why am I paying for a product that constantly fails and no one will get back to you. Eat a ______ Adobe

Hi @Senestre386455857hah,

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums and sorry you're experiencing issues. We need a few more details to try to help with the problem, like hardware specs and Premiere Pro version you are working on. Please see, How do I write a bug report?

What kind of media files are you working with and where is the media stored? Is this happening with a specific file or section of a file? Are there any effects or plug-ins in use when this error occurs? Screenshots of the error and media file properties could be very helpful.

Hope we can help you soon and sorry for the frustration,

Dani
