Question

Error while creating Project backup

I am trying to save a new copy of a project/sequence using Project manager to copy media to a new location and this keeps failing each attempt. I have attached a screenshot of the error code that keeps re occuring.

Any ideas how to resolve this issue using Project Manager?

HI @DigitalxxKnife - What GPU driver are you using?  Can you show a screenshot of your Project Manager settings, What options are you choosing?

Hi @Kevin-Monahan @jamieclarke ,

PC SPECS ARE:

Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060 Ti
64 Gigs Ram
AMD Ryzen 7 8700 8 Core
Samsung SSD

Latest version of my video card driver and Premiere Pro 24 build.

I am assuming it must be an issue with whats in the sequence which is mixed media, nested clips ect.

HI @danielj34074898,

Thanks for the message. Sorry about the error. That is an unusual error. It looks like one you get when the GPU is overloaded. What format are you trying to copy over? What kind of computer do you have, including its internal specs? I hope we can help you here. Sorry about the issue.

Thanks,
Kevin
