Essential Graphic Help

Hello Everyone,

I bought an Essential Graphic (I'm am going to make him an offer he can't refuse) and it is a MOV. File

But Premiere Pro says it must be a mogart. file?

But I bought this from the video section of Adobe Stock and they are all MOV. files

I am super confused, frustrated and can not find anything online to help.

Can I not upload and use this even though I just paid 76€ for it? Do I need to convert the file? What do I need to do so I can use this title in my vidoes?

Unfortunately that's what you purchased. I suggest you get in touch with Adobe Stock ASAP to let them know of your error. Hopefully, they'll be kind enough to let you (1) have a full refund or (2) exchange the purchase for credits.

Looks like you purchased Stock Footage instead of a MoGRT. Can you provide the URL to the product you purchased - so we can confirm this?

That is exactly what I did, but does that mean Someone would buy this thing as is for 75€? I realized after the fact it is not a mogrt. So I can do nothing with it except use it like this?
