Export keeps crashing premiere pro

Everytime i try and export h.264 (or any others) My premiere just closes out randomly during the export process.

Ive tried saving copies and taking out clips and FX and ive tried various other methods. im completey lost.

Here are my PC Specs

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K 3.20 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)
