Export to mxf 4 chanel sound and normolize loudness

when I created a sequence with two stereo channels. I do export to mxf with 4 audio channels. everything is fine. but if I add loudness normalization when exporting, as a result we get a mono track glued into every second track. There were no such problems in version 22
