Hi everyone !

I'm actually using Premiere Pro and I always have the same problem. When I export my project I don't know how select the plan / image that people will see. I mean, when you exporting the project, then it goes on your desk or files, and you have an image who is randomly take in your video. So, I would like to know how select the one that I want and not a one who is randomly selected by the aligorithm.
I hope my explanation is enough clear, for now I do not have find the answer on tutorials, Youtube or whatever, for sure I don't have the keyword for explain that.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Have a nice day

Also, I changed the title from "Exporting" to "Exporting Video with a Poster Frame." Is that alright? I think having a little bit more description in the title might help others find this.

Thank you very much for your help and for the new title. It's definitely more describing than the other one.

I believe the search that you may want to try is 'how to set a poster frame' on an exported file. The short answer is, unfortunately, I don't believe that Premiere Pro or Media Encoder can do that. It looks like there are apps that perhaps let you do that after your final video is exported. While double-checking myself, I found two answered community forum posts that I think are asking the same question as you.
