File browser on windows (for import or export) soft lock Premiere

So, bside many other bugs on V25 (like tons of problem on the relink media)
I encounter a very disturbing problem on WINDOWS.

When I open the file explorer window from inside premier, like when I wanna importa I file by double clicking the bin background, or trying to choose a folder to export my files, it locks the prgram.
what happens as I understand, it open the browse window but somewhere behind the program, or in a different way that its invisible, and there is nothing to do.
Clickong anywhere just makes the windows beep sound (like when this window is open and you click somewhere), and any key dotn do anything, not escape enter etc. so no way to go back to the program, close it or do anything. i have to force close it.

IT happens to me on two computers, about 3 out of 5 of the times I try to import or export.

Please fix it ASAP, its a huge time waste
