File not importing to Premier Pro 2023

Hey Everyone!

I am using Oneplus 9 videos, when I import these videos to the Premier Pro 2019 they import correctly and work fine. When I import them to Premier Pro 2023 it doesn't work fine. It says "The importer reported a generic problem" I have tried two ways to fix it, 

1. Change file location and move them to another location.

2. Change the file name from .mp4 to something else.

but these two methods are not working out. What should I do now?
