Gaussian blur rendering badly on Mac

Question

Some of our team switched from Windows 11 to Mac, during an adaptation of a last year project we've noticed a significant degradation of quality in videos with Gaussian blur applied.

Attached you find a picture of comparison, the project is the same and the renders are both done with the exact parameters:

Quicktime Prores 422 LT 1920x1080 25fps

The left one is rendered on a Windows 11 machine

The right one on a Macbook Pro M4

Both are using the latest version of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder

The comparison image looks the same on both sides can you describe the degradation of quality?

Can you post a screenshot of your settings.
