Generic import error importing .psd into Premiere

I get a generic error when importing a Photoshop .psd into PR 25.1.0. It also fails if I try to use it from a CC library. Has anyone else seen this or knows how to fix it?

I don't think I meant to submit this as a bug. I must have posted it incorrectly. It turned out to be a problem with the size of the imported item. The textural element was not scaled correctly and it was 20,000 pixels wide. It's not my graphic, but it's resolved.
