Question

Ghost audio still in video after all audio has been deleted

I had some issues putting a corrupted MP4/3 file into a video, and once i realized there was an issue i deleted it. I was unable to see the audio portion of the file and therefore unable to unlink it. But after I deleted it there is still some of the audio stuck in the video, but its on a certain part of the time line. I added another file and the same thing happened and it is creating a hellish chorus and I am unable to export my video to add audio elsewhere because it is unable to render and compile. Please help!

Hello @Elena29023827vfut,

Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?

I'll move your post to the Discussions board while we await your information.

Thanks,

Kevin
