Glitchy Footage

So my raw footage seems to be just fine with no problem at all but when I import them to Premiere Pro the footage at many parts becomes weird and glitchy. I have no idea what to do because I've never used Premiere before. I've provided some images of what the footage looks like when is glitches.

And also, what specifically is your media? Format/codec, framesize/framerate, made by what?

RAW actually is a very specifically encoded type of media ... and most cameras do not actually record in RAW format.

That is typically a GPU driver issue. So ... what's your GPU? If Nvidia, go to their website, and their driver support, and download the newest Studio driver for your GPU. Do not use the 'game-ready' drivers.

You can go to your Project settings and set Mercury Acceleration to Software Only, and if that clears it up, it is definitely a GPU issue.
