Go to Next Marker is not accurate with clip markers on sequence

In Premiere Pro 23.1.0 (build 86) when a video with comment markers is placed on the timeline, the "Go to Next Marker" command moves the playhead past the marker 00:00:10;01. There is not an issue with the commands when it's a timeline marker.
