Hi @SiHutch - We are working on a bug related to ProRes files and a color shift as you describe.  Let us know about your GPU errors on Friday.

Hi @jamieclarke Errors connected to the green footage? It hasn't come up with erros messages in that project unless the errors are found somewhere else within the project? How can I play it back without the green tint?

As I said I'll have access to that other prject on Friday where it failed to export due to the GPU error if that's what you're referring to but thats a different project and different issue from the green footage

Is it possible to download the old 23 version and what is Rosetta mode?

Hi @SiHutch - You were able to change the GPU in version 23.x of Premiere Pro by running it in Rosetta mode.

Thank you for the file information, but to help you we need to know what the errors are that you are receiving.

Can you screenshot them for us?

Hi @jamieclarke I'll have access to the project giving GPU errors on Friday

Below info on the codec but I don't get how before I was able to change the GPU setting in Premiere on the same machine that sorted the problem with the green tint and recently my motherboard went bust and was replaced and since it was replaced I have not been able to change the GPU setting in Prem, do you know why that may be? they said it was replaced with the same model but updates made the GPU

This is the codec of the files that come out green

@SiHutch - We need to know the codec of your green-tint footage, as there is a known bug causing a green tint with certain codecs which I bet is what you are seeing.

As mentioned before on MacArm the GPU renderer is locked to Metal, GPU drivers are controlled by apple you can't update them.

Can you post screenshots of the GPU error you are getting?

Have you tried nesting your clips with multiple effects?

This page explains how the effects order in Premiere is worked out. (an article from the makers of Neat Video)

Hi @SiHutch - Video Playback rendering on MacArm is locked into "Mercury Playback (Metal)" that is to be expected.

What is the codec you are using for your MXF files that are coming out green?

It's best to nest your clips when adding multiple effects while also using warp stabilizer.  Can you try that and then let us know if that helps your issue?
