How can I recover my unsaved project if I turned off autosaves?

Adobe Premiere Pro crashed accidentally and my project is unsaved. Now when I reopen my project, I founded that my project had been returned to the previous version and I turned off autosaves. So, how can I recover my unsaved project if I turned off autosaves?

I'm afraid that you can't.

I'm really sorry to tell you, but there's no way to recover the unsaved changes. I'd strongly sugest you enable autosaves for future projects, it really saved me a few times.
