How Do I Chat with Customer Support???

Question

I keep trying to get to customer support chat and the web site is taking me in circles!

My issue is difficult to explain for me, basically every time I drag media into my timeline, the timeline freezes! My computer is working extra hard to keep it up. I bought this super fast computer 4 months ago and haven't had any major problems with Premiere Pro until randomly today.
