How to a reinstall Premier Pro after HP replaced BIOS

My laptop had a complete power failure and HP had to rest and replace the BIOS. I seem to have no way to reinstall/downlad Premier Pro. All Adobe apps are gone so I am unsure what to do. 

My monthy charges keep coming however.
