how to copy the Cut positions from a source track

Does "Premiere Pro" have a "Copy Cut" function similar to (Hiero@Features)?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nl9Gq6dCuxsThis is a feature that saves a lot of work.

Sorry, but that feature is not part of Premiere Pro.
