impossible to export

I’m trying to export a video, but it’s impossible—the software crashes every time. I’m using a Mac mini M4 with 16GB of RAM, and when I export my project, the software ends up using more than 60GB of RAM before crashing. I’ve tried multiple video formats, cleared the cache, and adjusted the rendering settings, but nothing works.
